Current availability

SNAPFOLD is in development. The public online leaderboard and live purchases have not launched. The sections below distinguish website and development-build behavior from optional online features. We will update this policy when live services are configured before public release.

This website and support email

This site has no studio-added advertising, analytics, or tracking scripts. The hosting platform, Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure, processes connection information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and secure the site. Our support mailbox is hosted by Porkbun. If you email us, your email address, message and any attachments are processed to respond to your request. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for support.

Data on your device

SNAPFOLD stores preferences, best scores, challenge and replay data, a diagnostic log of up to 200 events, and up to 50 recent runs on your device. Recent personal run history is encrypted in local storage; preferences and diagnostic events are not. No separate game analytics service receives that diagnostic log.

Optional online scores

In builds connected to a leaderboard service, opening Scores creates a pseudonymous profile with a generated alias and a session cookie. Ranked play sends a run ticket, button inputs, score and duration so the service can check the run. The alias and verified score are public. Private run details are encrypted on the server. Connection information is used for service security and rate limiting. The game does not ask for your email, password, or payment card details to create this profile.

Retention and deletion

Local records remain until cleared or replaced as the history and diagnostic limits are reached. Session cookies expire after 30 days. The online implementation retains recent ranked runs and competition bests until profile deletion; there is currently no automatic inactivity purge. Support correspondence remains in our mailbox until deleted; no automatic deletion schedule is currently configured. You can request deletion of support correspondence by email. See data deletion instructions.

Advertising and purchases

Native development builds include Google AdMob using test advertising. When the ad SDK runs, Google may process IP addresses, device identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Consent choices are requested where required. See Google’s privacy policy and Google Mobile Ads data disclosures. Purchases remain disabled until store verification is configured; we do not currently operate live purchase processing. Local browser previews contain no ads or purchases.

Choices and security

You can practice offline, clear local history, delete an online profile when connected, and use ad privacy choices when available. Clearing your session can prevent recovery of an anonymous online profile. We use safeguards appropriate to the service, but cannot promise that any system is immune to unauthorized access. We do not sell the game records held by the studio.

Audience and changes

SNAPFOLD is intended for teens and adults, not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. Questions about access, correction, deletion, or this policy can be sent to our support email. Material service changes will be reflected here with a new revision date.
