Control your
game history.

Delete local run history

Open Scores, then select Clear Personal History. To remove all local settings, scores and diagnostic events, clear SNAPFOLD’s app storage in Android Settings. This cannot be undone.

Delete an online profile

When online play is available, open Scores on the device that holds your profile and choose Delete Online Profile. This removes that profile’s server scores, sessions and run history. Local history is separate.

Request help by email

Contact support@thousandroses.studio with the subject “SNAPFOLD data deletion.” Include your generated player alias and what you want deleted. We may need proof that the profile belongs to you before removing it. Do not send passwords or identity documents.
